Breeding and working with Border Collies shows one that they are truly a breed that can do it all!

In 1994, I began to take the dogs to do therapy work at a center for disabled children. Shortly thereafter, Maxine Harper of Greenwood, Mississippi, who has quadriplegic cerebral palsy, got in touch with me, looking for a service dog. I was glad to help and found a new calling -- breeding and training Border Collies as Service dogs for disabled people.

Since placing a dog with Maxine, I have placed two more Border Collies with an organization in Michigan to work with children who have suffered brain trauma. One of Jule Too's goals for the future is to continue placing Border Collie puppies in environments where they are serving people with special needs. It's like Julie's little wings are all around me telling me that I have to do this.

If you are interested in a dog for people with special needs or would like to know how you can find out more about using dogs in the service area you can contact us by using any of the contact methods listed below.
